Canorient Christian Association of Toronto (“Canorient,” “we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how we handle it.

What we collect. When you become a member, buy event tickets, or book the hall, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address. For family memberships we collect dependent details (name, date of birth, and school) as set out on our membership form. For memberships we may also collect details relevant to eligibility, such as age for senior membership. Payment is processed by Stripe, and we never receive or store your full credit card number.

Why we collect it. We use your information to process memberships, ticket purchases, and hall rentals, to send you confirmations and receipts, to keep you informed about your membership and our events, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with. We share information only with the service providers that run our operations: Stripe (payment processing), Flodesk and Brevo (email communications), and our website host. These providers are bound to protect your data and use it only to deliver their service. We do not sell your personal information.

Email communications. We send membership and event updates to keep you informed. Marketing emails are sent only with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Cookies. Our website uses basic cookies needed for the site to function, such as keeping you signed in.

How long we keep it. We retain your information for as long as you are a member or active participant, and afterward only as long as needed for legal and accounting purposes.

Your rights. You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to marketing at any time. Contact us at Info@canorienttoronto.com.
