Hall rental cancellations and refunds are handled at the sole discretion of the Canorient Executive Committee. The full terms governing your booking are set out in the Hall Rental Agreement you accepted at the time of booking. Please also review the Hall Rental Cancellation Policy.
Please submit cancellation requests as early as possible so the space could be offered to other interested parties. To cancel a reservation (review our Hall Rental Cancellation Policy), please contact the Club Manager at Club.Manager@canorienttoronto.com.
- Cancellations made 90 days or more before the event are eligible for a full refund, less any applicable Stripe transaction fees. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
- Cancellations made 89 days or less before the event are not eligible for a refund.
- Any exceptions or special circumstances will be reviewed at the sole discretion of the Canorient Executive Committee.
